1950's Oak Glass Display Cabinet
1950's Oak Glass Display Cabinet
An oak glass cabinet from c1950.
This solid oak piece offers plenty of storage and would look fantastic in a kitchen or dining space. Behind sliding glass doors it has a fixed shelved cupboard below with an upper glass shelved (removable) section on top. The lower shelf of the upper section has a beading for displaying plates (see image).
In very good condition it has been part hand stripped, cleaned and refinished to reveal a deep oak tone. The top section sits back from the base, allowing for skirting/sockets to sit behind.
In two parts this is a heavy, solid piece. It will be sent in two parts and will need putting in place and screwing the top section to the bottom with the slot head screws provided.
