1950's Oak Glass Sliding Door Cabinet
An oak glass cabinet from c1950.
This solid oak piece offers plenty of storage and would look fantastic in a kitchen or dining space.
Behind sliding glass doors, with brass fixings, it has a fixed shelved cupboard below with an additional inner sliding door. And above two fixed shelves with the upper removable/adjustable. No key provided so not lockable.
In good condition, it has been partly hand-stripped, cleaned, and refinished to reveal a warm oak tone. There are areas of repair, including to the very top (not visible) where a hole has been filled, plus colouring on the shelves due to stubborn stains. Please see all the images. This has been reflected in the price.
In two sections, it will need the top putting in place, the upper doors slotting in before screwing the top section to the bottom with the slot head screws provided.
