A large architects drawers by Liss Brothers from c1950.
In solid oak and veneered oak it has three very large shallow drawers spanning the width and depth of the piece, and would make an ideal kitchen island or kept as its intended use.
In good condition it has been fully hand stripped and refinished with replacement veneer to the top. There is a corner repair to the middle drawer (see last image) and it has been finished to retain its aged character. The top section is sat on the frame, so can easily be split apart for moving.
